Thank you very much for purchasing our MC1K series UNIT. Proper operation, maintenance
and management procedures are necessary to maintain safety and to attain the highest level of
performance possible from the UNIT.
Read this manual thoroughly for correct use of the UNIT.

This mnaual has been prepared to give information about the writing and operation of user for
the MC1K series UNIT.
The former gives you an outline of the UNIT and explanations on daily operation and safety, and
the latter gives you explanations on the controller and other control devices and their input/
output signals.
This maual is arranged for standard usage of the UNIT. And, application manual and manual for
option are prepared for various usage.

In the event any defect due to our manufacture is found in our products during the warranty
period, we will repair or replace them at our discretion.
We shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages related to our products except as
herein stated.

Warranty

1．Warranty period and warranty scope

Free repair
・According to the standard (based on the Manual), Manual and the attention on the label, while the machine runs in gear and
appear unusual failure, it can be free repaired in warranty period.
・Warranty limited to the body repair, as a result of failure caused by direct and indirect losses is not within the scope of
warranty.
・Warranty for one year.
Charge repair
・After warranty period, or as well as in the following circumstances also need repair charges.
Damage caused by the customers in the case of improper use and unauthorized alteration, repair without consultation from
us.
Damage caused by irresistible factors such as fire, natural disasters, lightning, and abnormal voltage ect.
Damage caused by customers’ improper operation while in transportation, such as fall in the process of moving ect.
Damage caused by not being used according to the standards.
Wastage, abrasion and aging in operation.

2．Maintenance period
There are 3 types after existing models stop production: duration for maintain production (5 years), maintenance period (10
years), after the cessation of production (10 years later), corresponding to the following circumstances.
(1) Duration for maintain production 5 years
Continue to product the model after stop production for 5 years. (But only special order)
5 years later, the existing model stop production. Please consider purchase spare parts during the duration.
(2) Maintenance period 10 years
After the existing model stop production, all models can be repaired in 10 years.
(3) After the cessation of production 10 years later
Stopped production can be repaired and maintain in some possible scope.

3．The application scope of the product

This product is designed for general industrial uses, can not be used for some purposes which impact human body, property and
public safety ect.
Accordingly, the product does not apply to manned mobile devices, medical equipment, aerospace, atomic energy, electricity, and
other special purposes. When it’s needed, please contact our customer service department.
