    This project aims to improve accessibility to ADHD medication clinics for children by locating clinics in alternative community settings closer to patients' homes, such as schools, in order to reduce travel costs and time out of school/work for parents. Preliminary results found that alternative clinics have reduced carbon emissions by 87kg of CO2 and eliminated travel difficulties for parents, who all preferred less travel. Teachers and young people supported more accessible community clinics to minimize school absences. If expanded, similar alternative clinics could significantly reduce the NHS's environmental impact through lower travel needs.
