蝇蚊防止方案
Apart from the roles and responsibility of Safety and health department to foster this construction site as an
accident free zone, we are also concerning the health and the comfort of the workers at this site. It has been
proven that the good performance derives from a good health of the performer. This is the reason why this
particular issue comes in mind in order to assure the whole aspect of this project to succeed triumphantly.

现场安全事关你我他，为了创造无事故工作区，安全卫生部门不单单需要扮演好自己的角色，履行好自
己责任，更需要关注现场工人的健康与舒适。“健康是革命的本钱”，因此，现场蚊蝇防止问题至关重要，
处理好现场蚊蝇问题将是工程顺利有序开展的必要保证。

The purpose of this report is to emphasize about the preventive measure we apply to control one of the most
dangerous creatures in the world. It is called as mosquitoes where these insects could be classified as an active
agent of spreading contagious virus, namely as dengue and so on.

该报告旨在强调指出我们所采用的危险物种的防止措施。比如，蚊蝇，该类蚊蝇害虫是感染性病毒的主
要传播者，即登革热病毒等~

This program is still in the preliminary stage where we propose only two types of activity. Those activities are
fogging activity and the other one is called as larvae seeding activity. Both activities do have their own
significant and being complementing to each other

该方案仍在初步阶段，我们目前提议采用的有两种灭蝇方法。一种是化学烟雾灭蚊，另一种是使用化学
剂沙子蚊虫幼体，两种方法互为补充，效果显著。

Both activities are covering the whole site compound and being monitored closely by responsible superior. It is
also to ensure both activities are implemented in a proper conduct. At this moment, we conducted the activities 3
times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and the statements from the workers need to be taken. Their
feed backs need to be concerned and if we found this program is not as effective as we plan, both activities will
be enforced more frequent in the following month. Larvacide and fogging will be being concentrated on below
to ground floor of the buildings and from Top floor till ground floor. full report including photos of prove
treatment done for all level/floor of Construction buildings is to be provided to Main Contractor and Contractors
is to pass this report to ETD CGPV

这两种灭蝇活动覆盖整个现场，相关责任人进行监督落实。同时我们保证两种活动在合理指导下完成。
目前，我们保证每周两次灭蝇活动，并及时反馈工人的意见。我们对工人的相关评论反馈高度重视，如
发现该方案的实施效果不尽人意，将在下月加强灭蝇次数~

The implementation of this activity will be carried out during the twilight as it is believed those mosquitoes are
active during this particular time. For this kind of activity, we focus more on worker’s accommodation,
consultant office, cabin and so on. Special fluid which is SUMITHION L-40 and ABATE 500E has been used
to produce a smoky atmosphere due to the chemical reaction to give an immediate effect on those insects.

我们采取在清晨进行该灭蚊活动，因为普遍认为这时候蚊蝇比较活跃。对于此类活动，我们将重点放在
工人住宿区，顾问办公区，移动厕所等区域。使用化学品 HEXTAR MALATHION UL96 and ABATE
500E 产生烟雾从而
及时有效防灭蚊蝇将对保障现场卫生安全起到基本的保障作用。
