AFFIDAVIT OF COMMITMENT OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT

I, ___________________________________________ of legal age, Bahrainee, married
to NELIA VELASCO ADEL and presently residing at
_______________________________, duly sworn in accordance with law, depose
and state:
1. That my stepdaughter, CHERYL VELASCO, is applying for a student visa
to Canada to be able to gain international credentials which will increase
her career development in the Philippines;
2. That my step daughter is single and we feel obliged to support all
monetary and non-monetary requirements for her studies and stay in
Canada;
3. That an international credential in Administrative Professional: Health
Services, shall help her to explore and gain more knowledge and skills on
health and wellness;
4. That I have provided her initial amount of
__________________________________ to her to pay her tuition fee and to set
aside a ready budget for her studies and stay in Canada;
5. That in case the ___________________________ shall not be enough for her
expenses, we are confident to be able to provide more as we have
businesses that operate and have income;
6. That I have a number of assets which I am ready to liquidate should she
need more monetary support that was initially provided;
7. That I have treated Cheryl Velasco as my own daughter and I am willing
to support her career endeavors;
8. That I am not in any way expecting her to pay me back all the assistance
that I have extended;
9. That I am executing this affidavit voluntarily to attest the truth of the
foregoing facts and for whatever legal intent and purposes that may serve
best.
