Dear Compatriots,

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION AND CITATION FOR

MERITORIOUS AWARD TO ALHAJI DR. BELLO SIDI ALI, THE
WAZIRI MADALLA, NIGER STATE.
First and foremost, may I salute the Vision and fulfillment of H. E. Governor Yahaya
Adoza Bello of Kogi State who has deemed it important to establish the Kogi state
honours award to honour the deserving Kogi State indigenes at home and in diaspora.

In view of the onerous important call for nomination of meritorious citizens of Kogi
State, we here humbly recommend Alh. Dr. Bello Sidi Ali, Waziri of Madala, Niger State,
a well meritorious personality who is a citizen of Kogi State.

His achievements at his Kogi central as a whole, Kogi State, his community of
settlement outside kogi State and Nigeria at large has earned various awards of
recognitions given to Alh Dr. Bello Sidi Ali, The waziri of Madalla Niger State.

The buttress the recommendation of Alh. Dr. Bello Sidi, Ali the Waziri of Madala Niger
state are the recognitions and achievements listed as follows

A. Who is Alh. Bello Sidi Ali

Alh. Dr. Bello Sidi was born on the 2 nd September, 1952 in Obehira, Kene Local
Government Area , Kogi Central . He is a visionary and accomplished leadership
role model from his youthful age both in academic and functional talented
passion for skills acquisition.

B. Academic Qualification
After his basic educational learning, he further graduated as a;

3. MLT
 4. Bsc. Microbiology
5. B Ed. Education Management
6. Doctorate Degree holder

C. WORKING EXPERIENCE
The man Alh. Dr. Bello Sidi Ali has lived his life making sure that he served in
every phase of his life at Federal, State government level and retired into private
service in December 1989.
1. He worked as the head of Public Health Laboratory Kanji lake Reserve
Institute, New Bussa.
2. Federal Ministry of Science and Technology
3. Head of Vertinary Laboratory Niger River Basin Authority
4. General Hospitals in Ilorin, Kabba, Lokoja, Dekina and New BUssa
respectively.
5. Director Administration, Abuja Express Republishing Company
6. Director Capital Ceramic Limited
7. Director, Model Capital College Madalla

D. MEMBERSHIP OF NON –GOVERNEMENTAL ORGANIZATION AND AWARDS

Alhaji Dr. Bello Sidi Ali has done a lot of charity services and has proved himself
with the membership of various non-governmental organization in

E. CHIEFTAINCY TITLES
Alh. Dr. Bello Sidi Ali is a man with many feathers to his cap. Notably amongst
the feathers to his cap are the chieftaincy titles he has held at home and in
diaspora in recognition of his leadership quality, humanitarian services and
human capital development across board thus;
1. The Waziri Madalla title, Niger State
2. The Matan Wali title, Gwanrinpa Abuja
3. Daudu Ometere of Idu Eyire title
4. Onoguvo Obanyi title of Anegbira, Zuba Abuja.

In conclusion, the above criterias for thhe recommendation of Alh Dr. Bello Sidi Ali,
The Waziri of Madalla Niger State for the Kogi state honour award is humbly
