These steel screws have a black-oxide or zinc-plated finish to resist

corrosion. A Torx or Torx Plus drive provides more points of contact than
a Phillips drive, allowing you to apply extra force with less slippage or
damage to the recess. Comparable to Plastite screws, these screws
have a triangular shank that presses tightly against formable plastic
such as polypropylene to resist loosening. Length is measured from
under the head.
