I would like to correct the current limit ,which is 200 mg/m3 for new plant ,and 500 mg/m3 for existing
plant ( ref Law #4 annex 6 attached)
existing plan is the old plants which was producing cement before 1994

the under discussion limit is very challenging although the annual average of 2004 is less than this limit

line 3 21.42 mg/m3

line 4 22.41 mg/m3

finally I would like to end this mail by our target for 2005 which is 30 mg/m3
