Payment Terms ONLY for POLE ERECTION:

Php 10,000.00 mobilization amount will be given on your 1st day after working hours. The mobilization
amount will be deducted from the 50% of the next payment.
50% - Payment will be given after work completion of the project.
Full Payment - To be given 1-week after completion of the project.

Payment Terms for CABLING WORKS:

Php 5,000-Prepayment. To be billed after site staking and upon mobilization to the awarded site.
30%-On-going Mobilization. Payment processing is 15 days from INVOICE RECEIVE DATE
acknowledged by Accounting Department. (Prepayment is deducted).
60%-Completed/Accepted. To be billed upon completion of the project. The site is accepted with no
rectifications. All attachments such as Redline, as-built plan, FootMark and BOQ are complete and
signed by the proper signatories. Payment release is 15 calendar days after the approval of the Project
Manager.
10%-To be billed upon issuance of approved PSW (Project Scope of Work) from client. Payment
processing is 15 days from INVOICE DATE acknowledged by Accounting Department.

Terms and Conditions:

Rectifications of deficiencies must be completed within three (3) working days unless otherwise with
dependencies including materials, permits, and the like. Partners agree that by ignoring or non-attending to
rectification requirements within 3 calendar days after notice, the Partner authorizes the contractor to deduct all
the damages and all related expenses from the total amount of PO. AISA reserves the right to cancel the PO
immediately. The PO shall be valid for one (1) year from creation date.

NOTE: Boom truck will work the project independently.
