PROPOSAL
Good Day!

I am pleased to provide your company with the following proposal. The intent of the proposal is
to deliver a complete digital media and on-ground marketing consultancy and implementation
for your project. I will provide strategy, development, consulting, and execution to bring all
aspects of marketing and acquisition into alignment with unified goals and purpose. In this
proposal, I will be assuming the position as your business consultant and helping you establish
the business and together with giving you marketing initiatives to be able to expand the reach of
your product and achieve a sustainable clothing line business.

Goals:

 To help in creating a business structure for the proposed Clothing Line Business
 To create a process flow for operational activities thus making daily business transactions
and monitoring easy.
 To help make cost-efficient initiatives in building the clothing line brand to be able to give
strong value for money in every business move that my client will make.

Services:

 Online and On-ground Marketing Initiatives

 Business Plan in Organizing the Product/Brand Launch
 Set-up of Social Media Platforms for the Brand
 Ad Creation both Online and On-ground
 Product Promotions and Event Partnerships
 Content Creation in terms of Social Media postings
 Marketing Strategy in terms of Selling and Brand Positioning
 Influencer Marketing
 Event Organization for the Brand
  Creative Concept for designs and other activities
 Placement and Distribution of Products

Rate:

Monthly Retainer Fee: 30,000 PHP

Terms:

This is an agreement that executes the above-outlined consulting and managed service areas.
Payments will be made through online invoicing or check and billed monthly, starting on the date
of this agreement and continuing every month on the monthly anniversary date. Upon agreeing
to the proposal, the Client agrees to pay a lump sum retainer fee good for 3 months to ensure
that the project will be given ample time to be properly established. The service will continue on
a rolling monthly basis after 3-months unless the client provides 30-day notice of intention to
cancel this service. Payments will be billed on a monthly basis starting on the date of this
agreement and continuing every month on the monthly anniversary date.

Work will commence when payment is received. If payment is delayed or not made for any reason, work
will be immediately suspended until such a time as payment is received. This fee covers the aboveoutlined
work. Any additional work requested that falls outside of this will be charged extra; however, no additional
work will be carried out, nor costs be incurred without prior consent and approval by the client.

If either party decides to terminate this agreement, a 30-day notice is necessary.
