ABOUT 3 IN 10 graduates of higher education institutions (HEIs) in the


country feel they end up mismatched to the jobs they find after university. This was
based on the Philippine Graduate Tracer Survey (GTS) jointly conducted by state think
tank Philippine Institute or Development Studies (PIDS) and the Commission on Higher
Education (CHED) that looked into the college learning experience, as well as the
SITUATION
experiences of graduates after college

jobs/). As a student wanting to become a professional in the future, you are tasked to
make a career timeline for you to have a guide and vision on what you want to do and
achieve in the future and to avoid job mismatch.
