VLOG & Report (40%)

VLOG (30%)

Instructions:
1. Students are required to provide two (2) video logs about your activities from week 1
– week 9. (A vlog also known as a video blog or video log, is a form of blog for which the
medium is video. Vlog entries often combine embedded video (or a video link) with
supporting text, images, and other metadata. Entries can be recorded in one take or cut
into multiple parts.)

2. Activities must be ‘Learning-based’ (allows you to gain a new knowledge/


information/skills) activities.

3. Content of the vlog are as follow:

PART A: Student's routine (15%)


● Activities in class/ Tutorial (including activities with classes other than this
class)
● Discussion with friends

● Consultation with the lecturer

● Summarize what you have learned throughout this semester

● Other related activities

PART B: Personal Interest/ Family Activities (15%)


● Mentioned the list of things that you want to do or try to accomplish?

4. Students are encouraged to include the following elements in the video and can use
other elements than those given.

● Timetable/ Schedule

5. Students are also encouraged to use any Ai application to create the video, but not
for the narrator.
6. The duration of the video is three (3) to five (5) minutes for each. All submissions
should be edited to include the subtitle and remove excess background noise, blank
space, and applause.
7. Students are reminded to not include sensitive issues such as sexual, racial, religions
and political issues in the video.

VLOG (10%)

Instructions:
1. Write a summary of 500 words consisting the following:
a. Evaluate the quality of your outcome/video against the criteria. Be sincere!!
b. Give an honest reflection on how completing the assignment has extended
your knowledge and understanding on the topic or “theme”
c. Give an honest reflection on your development as a learner through the
process of the project.
2. Students are encouraged to express their sincere feelings.

Submit your report in UMSeLF and Place your video in Google Drive or Youtube
and submit the link through UMSeLF as well.

ii) Plagiarism is a serious academic offence and strictly prohibited.


Submissions containing any plagiarism content will strictly be rejected. the
lecturer may put your document through a plagiarism checking software
called TURNITIN.
