Defects observed during provisional acceptance of the main tower

The following defects has been observed during main tower handover

a. Terrace floor
 Ceramic tiles are broken and needs replacing
 Inside elevator shaft wall paint needs rework
 Parapet wall paint needs rectification
 Machine room inside wall the gypsum chuck deteriorated due to moisture coming from outside
 Janitor room wall around the water bowl needs oil paint
 Urinal water supply not working properly(very poor pump pressure)
b. Fifth floor
 Terrace around sky light outside wall paint needs rectification
c. Fourth floor
 Kitchen area water leakage observed, due to this the ceiling is already damaged. So that the damaged Armstrong ceiling needs to
change
d. Basement
 Pump pressure from 16th to 25th floor not enough. Potable water do not reach properly at these floors.
 All epoxy flooring quality is very poor. Needs rework
 Submersible drainage pump at fourth basement shall work automatically. He electrical connection or floating switch needs to check or
change or installation problem needs solution
 Fire pump do not work with the existing transformer capacity. It works only by generator power. May be it needs power optimization

ORDA DEFCTS OBSERVED

1. Water leakage floor 25th,5th,4th,3rd,1st and ground.


2. Generator engine block heater to be installed
3. Transformer energy meter reading stepping ladder
4. Fire engine smoke exhaust pipe line not installed or needs solution.
5. Fire house at each floor not connected and about fire extinguisher.
6. Camera room ac system
7. Some slide windows not lock. E.g zemen insurance
8. Some toilet doors not functional needs rework
9. Door for first floor one room and ground floor generator exit side and 2 nd floor apartment lift gate
10. Hand wash sink for jointers’ room commercial block.
