Representatives
The following defects has been observed during main tower handover
a. Terrace floor
Ceramic tiles are broken and needs replacing
Inside elevator shaft wall paint needs rework
Parapet wall paint needs rectification
Machine room inside wall the gypsum chuck deteriorated due to moisture coming from outside
Janitor room wall around the water bowl needs oil paint
Urinal water supply not working properly(very poor pump pressure)
b. Fifth floor
Terrace around sky light outside wall paint needs rectification
c. Fourth floor
Kitchen area water leakage observed, due to this the ceiling is already damaged. So that the damaged Armstrong ceiling needs to
change
d. Basement
Pump pressure from 16th to 25th floor not enough. Potable water do not reach properly at these floors.
All epoxy flooring quality is very poor. Needs rework
Submersible drainage pump at fourth basement shall work automatically. He electrical connection or floating switch needs to check or
change or installation problem needs solution
Fire pump do not work with the existing transformer capacity. It works only by generator power. May be it needs power optimization
