Degree of Implementation of selected private higher educational institutions in

Metro Manila in terms of Empathy

The data analysis presented in the table indicates that the average
weighted mean of the academic heads' responses was 3.72, signifying extensive
implementation. The highest mean scores were attributed to indicators 1, 2, and 5, each
with a mean of 4.00, while the lowest means were associated with indicators 3 and 4,
with a mean of 3.29. Similarly, the staff responses yielded an average weighted mean of
3.19, reflecting extensive implementation. Notably, indicator 1 garnered the highest
mean of 3.34, whereas indicator 2 obtained the lowest mean of 3.00.

Regarding faculty members, their responses produced an average weighted


mean of 3.37, indicative of extensive implementation. Among these responses, the
highest mean score of 3.96 was observed for indicator 2, while the lowest mean of 2.75
was recorded for indicator 5. The administrator responses yielded an average weighted
mean of 3.50, suggesting extensive implementation. Notably, indicator 1 exhibited the
highest mean score of 4.00, whereas indicators 3 and 4 displayed the lowest means of
3.46.

Overall, the findings suggest that a significant proportion of respondents


extensively implemented empathy within the selected private higher educational
institution.
