TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND WEB CHECK-IN. Go to the 'Tickets and Transport' menu on https://www.mycosta.com/en/login.html page now and fill out the
form with the details of all the guests needed in order to confirm any possible flights and to issue the cruise ticket that will be available and downloadable a
few weeks before departure. In addition, 14 days before the departure of the ship, you will have to access and fill in the web check-in section on
https://www.mycosta.com/en/login.html where we will ask you to reconfirm your health status, essential to obtain the boarding pass. This Document must be
shown by all the passengers under the reservation during the embarkation.
TRAVEL PROTECTION: Costa recommends travel protection. For your convenience, we offer Costa Carefree Travel Protection, underwritten by Nationwide
Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies, Columbus, Ohio, plus non-insurance assistance services provided by On Call International.
If you have selected Costa Carefree Travel Protection, enrollment is not activated until the plan cost has been paid in addition to any required cruise deposits
or final balances due. Costa Carefree may not be purchased after full or final payment for the reservation.

cruise departure date. Cancellation charges, per person, will be assessed based on when cancellation notices are received by Costa. Percentage amounts
are based on total cruise fare (excluding government fees and taxes). CANCELLATION *90 days or more prior to departure, full refund. 89 to 57 days prior to
departure, deposit amount (250USD per person Caribbean or 400USD per person non-Caribbean). 56 to 30 days prior to departure 50%, 29 to 15, 75%, 14
