LYRA: So‚︎ are you the candidate for the job interview?
LYRA: By the way‚︎ I am Lyra Deiparine. The Manager of this Catering Service Company. And
now‚︎ tell me something about yourself that is not included in your resume.
JAYMARK: So‚︎ as you what you have read on my resume‚︎ I am Jaymark C. Dorimon.
From ___________. I am trustworthy‚︎ hardworking‚︎ good in communication & flexible in terms
of adapting or adjusting to changing circumstances and unexpected events with grace and
resiliency. And also, willing to improve my skills and knowledge for the job‚︎ I’ve been aiming.
JAYMARK: Eversince then‚︎ It has been my dream to actually enter in this kind of job. I believe
that my skills and experience make me a great candidate for the job. I have been out of work for
some time and am ready to take on my next challenge. I want to work at a company that has
similar values to myself.
JAYMARK: I had a friend who also tried to apply for the position but he already got accepted on
the other company that he is applying.
JAYMARK: This company has a good reputation. You’re so caring about your employee and
this is may be a good start for me and I also want my insurance safe.
LYRA: Why do you think this is the right company for you?
JAYMARK: Now ma’am‚︎ because in my last company they didn’t value their employee and
wasted talent‚︎ and when I heard that your company is hiring‚︎ I immediately sent my application
letter through email.

LYRA: What can you do or offer to us that the other Candidates can’t?
JAYMARK: Gaining trust of the employer and customers are the foundation in Business. With
my skills, knowledge and good customer service, I can be a good asset in your company.
LYRA: Okay‚︎ so this is my last question for you‚︎ Mr. Dorimon. What are your expectations for
this job?
JAYMARK: My expectations for this job are just pretty simple. First, I expect that there is an
equal treatment for each of the employees‚︎ by respecting each and everyone. Second‚︎ a fair
and justifiable compensation/pay. Third‚︎ having trust between the employees and senior
management. Lastly‚︎ having the job stability and the ability to grow with the company. That’s all.
