MAIN POINT 1 Increased self-confidence

SUB-POINT 1  Increasing self-confidence is something that


should be cultivated at all ages. Whether for
yourself or your child, the art of Silat can help
improve personal safety.
 Practicing, improving and succeeding in a
skill improves self-image and gives a sense of
being able to succeed in other contexts.
 In fact, children who practice Martial Arts
show higher self-confidence and perform
better in school.
