Meeting : Volunteering Program

Date : Monday, 26 February 2024, 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
Location : Classroom 7

1. Greetings
Greeting and opening speech by the Chairman began at 11.10 a.m.

2. Confirmation of Previous Meeting

The minutes of the first meeting of the Volunteering Program held on 19
February 2024 were read, approved and confirmed as correct. Some of the
member of the class were chosen to be a part of organizing the Volunteering
Program for 2024 were made in the previous meeting. Mr.Wardani purposed the
minutes to be accepted and Mr.Wardani was the second motion.
3. Matters Arising
3.1.1 Mr.Wardani was presenting about the duty of each member in order to
organized 2024 Volunteering Program. The duty of each members was
as follows:
a. President : Mr.Wardani
b. Secretary : Ms.Atiqah
c. Treasurer : Mr.Haziq
d. Welfare Committee : Ms.Amira
e. Welfare Committee : Mr.Hilmi

3.1.2 Mr.Wardani presenting about the responsibility of each member and

the expectation and goals in 2024 Volunteering Program.

4. Volunteering Program 2024 Theme Decision Making

All members have given a lot of themes for 2024 Volunteering Program. Some of
them were Ocean Clean-Up, Youth Development Volunteering Program and also
Environment Hero. Ms.Amira and Mr.Hilmi have chosen Youth Development
Volunteering Program since the theme will involve young community which is
also near in our heart. This theme hopes to ensure the youngsters to prepare for
challenges of adolescence and adulthood and achieve their full potentials.
Mr.Wardani and all other members agreed to chose Youth Development as 2024
Volunteering Program theme.
 5. Closing Remarks
The chairman stated that he was very pleased with the involvement of each
member for this Volunteering Program. He also reminded the member to do
research about the budget, tentative and also venue of this program.

6. Next Meeting
The next meeting will be held on 11th March 2024 at 11.00 a.m. in Classroom 7.
