Subject :Follow up on implementation of Contract No.15/2023
in respect of creation of a database and operation of
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) &
Three dimension photography (3 D model)
for the archaeological sites affiliated to
Sharjah Archaeological Authority (SAA) in
( Maliha, Faya and Diba Al Hosson) areas.

With reference to the captioned subject , and further to SAA delay in preparing for
your next visit , due to the relation of the visit with various government entities
requiring prior approvals of such entities , and due to the keen interest of SAA to avoid
any further delay to commence the next phase , you are kindly requested to process
some documents and provide your responses thereto , as follows:

1. Kindly refer to the details of addendum No.(1) to the aforementioned contract

of the same project and approve it as soon as possible. We shall be prepared to
receive your comments on the details of the said addendum.

2. Kindly review the contractual provisions which stipulate that all the approved
and scheduled financial payments shall be settled by the specified end of each
phase , in accordance with a detailed report of the executed works , pursuant to
the provisions of Sharjah Finance regulations , stipulating that the financial dues
shall be settled only after submitting a report on the works executed in each
phase.
3. You are kindly requested to prepare and provide us with a time schedule for all
the project implementation phases for the current year 2024 as soon as possible.

4. Please provide us with a detailed and integrated report on all the supplementary
technical specifications of the project , pursuant to article two , para 2 , and
article five , para 2 of our contract with you.

Accordingly , SAA kindly requests you to provide the aforementioned documents as

soon as possible in order to satisfy the legal requirements for the settlement of your
esteemed company's dues and to go ahead with performing the following phases of this
year.
