1. OBJECTIVES
The objective is to build a DApp (MVP) Mobile solution that relies on
Ethereum blockchain that mainly helps startup companies to find
investors who are venture capital, private equity, angel investors, etc.

● An MVP is the initial version of a product that includes only the essential

features needed to solve a specific problem or fulfill a core need of the

target audience.

● Our goal is to construct an MVP by selecting core features from the

provided module list. This MVP will act as a cornerstone, attracting further

investors for the purpose of fundraising.
