Leaders help themselves and others to do the right

things. They guide us, set an inspiring vision and finally
lead us to victory. Leadership is about having a vision of
where you need to go to win as a team. Leadership is not
just about boasting your strengths but, it is about
motivating people to engage in the vision.

WHAT I THINK ABOUT

LEADERSHIP?
I think leadership is the ability of not only having a vision
but also to convert that vision into reality. Leadership is
wherein you inspire people to dream more, do more and
become more. Its an opportunity to show our capabilities
to the people by working for them and with them. Its an
opportunity to win with a team, an opportunity to
celebrate with everyone, an opportunity to make a big
name by working with many people, an opportunity to
make efforts, an opportunity to increase our abilities, an
opportunity to show the way to people. It is the stage
which makes you more of responsible, skillful and
creative. It makes you a better listener and an even
better person.

LEADERSHIP AT SCHOOL LEVEL

The best way to understand something is by doing it. This
is how we students are learning the new things very
easily today. Many schools now have student elections
so that the children understand the meaning of
leadership. Many students are elected as leaders and
have to do the duties. This is how we learn the leadership
qualities. Many students get opportunities to show their
abilities at least at school level. This gives them
confidence. After making all the efforts, it makes us
understand the true importance of being a leader.

IMPORTANCE
Leadership at school level brings out the eagerness and
the excitement of being a leader. By being a leader at
school level, we can understand various tactics of doing
the work effectively. We understand what it takes to be a
multitasking person. We increase our own confidence.
The school helps us understand about leadership at such
a small age. Students would always cherish their
moments of life being a leader. Its like a lifetime
experience. Many of them get a lot of help for their
career from this, they learn a lot about leadership. We,
as children try to bring out our best leader and that is
what we should keep on trying.
HOW BEING A LEADER AT
SCHOOL LEVEL WOULD HELP
ME IN FUTURE?

Being a leader would help me improve many things. My

confidence inside me would just go up like the price of
petrol these days. It would give me an experience of
being a multitasking man. When I would be a grown-up
my ability would have increased and I would be able to
do many more tasks at the same time. It would help me
stand up alone. In the future, it would make me so much
responsible that I would be able to manage to do my
work on my own. It would teach me management tactics
which is definitely going to be very useful for my career.
It would help me in many other areas. It would make me
strong, bold and a better person. I would be ready for
anything in my life. To conclude, I would just like to say
that being a leader does not mean that you have all the
joy in your life. There are still more challenges to come
across. So, never be too happy or overconfident about
something. In fact, being a leader means always showing
the path to the right way to someone or the other.
