Questions: What changes do you want to achieve to solve the problem?

The changes that the researchers sought to achieve in order to solve the problem in achieving the
solution could include, replacing the student-made notes into a printed copy of the teacher's
summarized notes on the subjects covered in Biology, should be provided.

Taking good notes in class is an important part of academic success in high school. Actively taking
notes during class can help you focus and better understand main concepts. In many classes, students
may be asked to watch an instructional video before a class discussion. (O.Ranido. 2023) However, some
students may find it difficult to complete due to laziness; therefore, this should be put into practice to
improve students' performance and grades.

The teacher can also help students become more responsible for their behavior in the classroom
by turning off their devices during lectures and giving them actual tools or materials to work with,
particularly when they are doing biology lab projects since the most significant strategy for avoiding
laziness at the time of studies is to eliminate any and every kind of distraction in any way possible.

According to Ranido, Global Indian International School coordinator, another effective way to
drive out laziness from students is by creating a fixed schedule for specific classes and other things to be
completed over the week. This will make it easy for them to keep track of work progressions, and ensure
that deadlines are maintained and fulfilled.

Also creating a calendar with a list of all pending assignments that need to be completed and
their due dates helps manifold. It will then be easier to prioritise them and complete them all on time.
