CANADA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM (PNP)

Processing Instructions
The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) allow Canadian provinces and
territories to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who
are interested in living and working in a particular province.

The Canadian provinces have at least one immigration stream that is aligned with
the federal Express Entry immigration selection system that allows them to select
immigrants who meet the requirements that they have set forth.

Provincial and territorial governments e.g. Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba,

New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Prince Edward
Island, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, and Yukon have been using these
programs to more effectively and efficiently welcome newcomers to their
region. Each PNP is tailored to the province's/territory's specific needs to select
nominees who will be able to settle into life and work in the region and
effectively contribute to the community.

The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) are for people who are selected to
immigrate to Canada. Successful nominees of The Provincial Nominee
Programs (PNPs) will receive a Canadian Immigration (Permanent Resident)
Visa, allowing the applicant to immigrate to Canada with his or her family.
Being selected for the Canadian Resettlement Provincial Nominee
Program to settle in Canada does not really guarantee that you will be
issued a permanent residence permit in Canada; you must undergo an
assessment by the Canadian Provinces and Territories. If successful, you
and your family members are then
eligible for a permanent residence permit in Canada and your documents will
then
be processed.
Selected nominees will:

∙ Get social security benefits when they retire.

∙ Get permission to start, own a business, and create your cooperation. ∙
Have the right to apply for government-sponsored finical aid for
education. ∙ Legally owned property. And other items that any other
average Canadian does. ∙ Benefit from the government housing project.

∙ Have access to security clearance, eligibility for government

grants, and exemption from export restrictions.

The Canadian provinces and territories will consider your entry mainly
based on your skills, experience, and language ability.

you. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct information and submit all

relevant and original documents via email attachment.

Incomplete Applications;

If the documents and forms are found incomplete, the processing office will
reject the application. For this reason, you need to observe the requirement
carefully and submit all relevant documents.

When an application is rejected as incomplete, the applicant will be given a

chance to submit a complete application within 5 working days.

If a document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must

provide a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a
certified translator.
Housing Accommodation;

housing/Accommodation for all successfully selected nominees.

public affairs passports are not valid for immigration to Canada.

passports.

We have a time frame to process and issue all necessary approved

documents to successful nominees who are able to meet the requirements.

Successful applicants will receive a certificate of nomination which then

allows applicants to apply for permanent residence and also speed up the
process of obtaining a visa and Canadian Permanent Residence.
If you live in a country other than your country of nationality, include a
photocopy of your visa for the country in which you currently live.

You are to submit the required documents and filled forms within 7 working
days of receipt.
