RE: ZESA GROUP MEDICAL FUND NOTIFICATION LETTER

This letter serves to inform you that ZESA Group Medical Fund has moved the following
benefits from the ZWL currency to USD currency with effect from 01 September 2023.
o Acute and Chronic Medication
o Cancer Treatment
o Dialysis
o Radiology
o Pathology
o Specialised Consultation
o Hospitalization

The following benefits shall remain covered under the ZWL currency:
o ER Consultations
o GP Consultations
o Dental
o Physiotherapy
o Optical
o Auxiliary Services
o Prosthesis and Appliances

Kindly note that membership cards will not change, and members will continue to cards in
current use.
