SUBJECT: Direct Assault to Person in Authority
FOR: The Chief, Investigation Unit

1. This is an initial report about a person who was hit with an empty bottle at
Brgy. San Isidro, City of Ilagan, Isabela. This case was reported to this office
around 9:30 pm, April 30, 2023 by Pat. Jayson Rebalado, Desk officer, City
of Ilagan Police Station.

2. Investigation revealed that Mr. Roman Silipan, 34 years old, married, and
resident of Brgy. San Isidro, City of Ilagan, Isabela while in the performance
of his duty as a barangay tanod was hit with an empty bottle. While under the
influence of liquor, Pugo Dizun, 54 years old, married farmer and resident of
Brgy. San Isidro, City of Ilagan, Isabela, forcibly entered the Dancing Hall at
the basketball court of San Isidro, City of Ilagan, Isabela. Romar Silipan
prevented him from entering, thus, Pugo Dizun prompted to strike him.

3. Victim was rushed to Isabela Provincial Hospital for medical treatment and
the suspect was also brought to same hospital for liquor test.

4. This case is to be further investigated.

SUBJECT: Illegal Fishing
FOR: The Chief, Investigation Unit

1. This is an initial report about a person who put pesticides for fishing in the
river of Brgy. Capellan, City of Ilagan, Isabela. This case was reported to this
office around 6:30 pm, May 1, 2023 by Pat. Jerry Masangsang, Desk officer,
City of Ilagan Police Station.

2. Investigation revealed that the suspect was Gregor Pilast, 43 years old,
married, farmer and resident of Brgy. Capellan, City of Ilagan, Isabela.

3. According to Mr. Roger Dilit, 45 years old, married, farmer, and resident of
Brgy. Capellan, City of Ilagan, Isabela, about 6:10 pm, May 1, 2023, he saw
dead fish floating in Capellan River while going home from the farm. He saw
the suspect put pesticide into the river, he quickly went home and
immediately telephoned the Desk officer of the Police Station to report what
he seen.

4. This case is to be further investigated.

SUBJECT: Victim Found Dead Naked
FOR: The Chief, Investigation Unit

1. This is an initial report about a dead body found naked in the rice fields at
Brgy. Caligayan, Tumauini, Isabela. This case was reported to this office
around 7:00 am, May 5, 2023 by Pat. Lando Molde, Desk officer, City of
Ilagan Police Station.

2. Investigation revealed that about 6:30 am, May 5, 2023 when Mr. Inigo
Pasko, 50 years old, married, farmer and resident of Brgy. Caligayan,
Tumauini, Isabela was walking in his rice fields, his attention was attracted
to the foul odor and to an area in his rice field where there were so many flies
flying, he went to see it and found that it was a dead body. Immediately he
telephoned the Desk officer of Police Station to report his discovery.

3. The victim was a female, Filipino, about 17 years old, oval face, about 4’8”
tall, about 110 lbs, black hair, brown skin, naked, and there was a stab wound
on his left shoulder. No means of identification was found in his person.

4. After photographing, the victim was transferred to the police morgue for
autopsy.

5. This case is to be further investigated.

SUBJECT: Buying Stolen Items
FOR: The Chief, Investigation Unit

1. This is an initial report about a person who was buying stolen items from
unknown sources at Brgy. San Juan, City of Ilagan, Isabela. This case was
reported to this office around 1:30 pm, May 10, 2023 by Pat. Princess
Dominador, Desk officer, City of Ilagan Police Station.

2. Investigation revealed that about 1:00 pm, May 10, 2023 while Mr. Jhon
Tramon, 30 years old, married and resident of Brgy. Lapogan, Tumauini,
Isabela was buying Smart TV that matched the description of some recently
stolen at Brgy. San Juan, City of Ilagan, Isabela was noticed by Mr. Cole
Nerun, 38 years old, married, vendor and resident of Brgy. San Juan, City of
Ilagan, Isabela. Mr. Cole Nerun immediately telephoned the Desk officer of
Police Station, giving the location and the item that Jhon Tramon was
buying.

3. A surveillance on the location revealed that the suspect was buying stolen
Smart TV from an unknown person. The police proceeded to apprehend Jhon
and conducted a search of his vehicle, they found many items that were
suspected to be stolen

4. After photographing, the suspect was sent to the Police Station.

5. This case is to be further investigated.

SUBJECT: Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition
FOR: The Chief, Firearms and Explosive Diversion

1. This is an initial report about a person who was arrested for illegal possession
of firearms in Brgy. Rugao, City of Ilagan, Isabela. This case was reported to
this office around 5:40 pm, May 7, 2023 by Pat. Will Revil, Desk officer,
City of Ilagan Police Station.

2. Investigation revealed that about 5:20 pm, May 7, 2023, when Rodel
Sarmiente, 22 years old, single, resident of Brgy. Rugao, City of Ilagan,
Isabela, was entered a bus when he suddenly saw a person who took out a
375 caliber revolver inside the bus and was wiping it. He quickly got off the
bus and immediately telephoned the Desk officer of Police Station to report
what he seen.

3. The suspect was known as Mario Dorgudo, 45 years old, widower, jeepney
driver, and resident of Brgy. San Pablo, City of Ilagan, Isabela.

4. After photographing, Dargudo failed to present any legal documents to own

and possess the said firearm.

5. This case is to be further investigated.
