Task Dependencies:
For the Forks Up Catering company to successfully provide an entirely vegan Thanksgiving dinner
for the artist Lizzo and her guests, the following dependent tasks must occur harmoniously.

• Lizzo must approve all aspects of her Vegan Thanksgiving Dinner experience, including
food menu items, specialty cocktails, wine lists, and non-alcoholic beverages, for Chef
Monica and her team to purchase all required menu items by November 23rd.

• In addition, Lizzo must approve the cottage core theme, including fresh flowers, for Forks
Up Catering company to buy or rent any necessary decor by November 23rd to
successfully set up the event on November 24th.

• The Forks up catering company must successfully hire and train all event staff before the
event on November 24th to ensure Lizzo's Vegan Thanksgiving Dinner Experience is
successful.
Critical Path:
The critical path of Lizzo's Vegan Thanksgiving Dinner Experience starts with the menu approval and
finishes with a successful dinner event. After the approval, Forks Up Catering Company does have
additional steps along the critical path, including purchasing menu items, making decor
reservations, and hiring event staff. To ensure we meet the timeline successfully, finalizing the menu
and hiring staff could be completed simultaneously. Arranging the event's theme could also be done
at once if all tasks are completed effectively and in line with the event objective and with the
November 24th deadline in mind.
