2. Type:
- The membership card programs of Lotte Mart and Aeon Mall
are both "closed".
-because both require customers to register and receive a
membership card or a membership profile. Membership cards
provide unique perks for each customer's rank. This card can be
used to receive special offers, reward points, or other types of
rewards when shopping or interacting at mall.
Ex: Lotte has a rating policy for customers.
- For Silver tier, the point accumulation rate is 0.1% provided
there are less than 6m successful transactions or more in 6
months.
- Gold tier has 0.5 percent points accumulation rate per invoice.
The maintenance condition is to have 6 to 11 successful
transactions in 6 months.
- Similarly, the platinum tier has a point accumulation rate of 1
percent per invoice and requires at least 12 successful
transactions in 6 months.
 Aeon mall: Aeon mall does not classify membership cards.
- The shopping center applies the conversion for every 10,000
VND from the receipt to get 1 point. Accumulate 300 points to
redeem a voucher worth 30,000 VND.
- Points that have not been redeemed from the previous year
will be valid until June 30 of the following year.
-There are also promotions, 5 percent off for mall members on
the 5th and 20th of every month.
