The plan aims to address the lack of extracurricular clubs in the school by creating new clubs focused on arts, music, theater, and sports. The group developed the plan to provide opportunities for students to develop new skills and interests outside of the classroom. The group members involved in developing the plan were Ashley Cabacoy, Grazielle Atienza, John Hendrix Perez, Ashley Marie Buela, Louise Llane Ortega, Lady Dianne Santiago, Jessa Gonzales, Jhean Carla Claveria, and Mark Andal. They will manage implementing the plan by organizing the clubs and recruiting members. The plan requires approval from the school head before advertising the new clubs, holding tryouts

- As we considered what issue or worry in our school needed to be addressed, we came up
with the idea of addressing the lack of groups or clubs in which students may participate in order to develop and strengthen their abilities and skills. Arts clubs, music clubs, theater clubs, sports clubs, and so on are examples. We choose this topic because we've seen that many learners aren't members of a school club or organization. As a result, many students are inactive and show no interest in learning new skills to help them grow and develop. The problem or issue will be resolved by adding new clubs that may attract their attention.
B. Who was/were involved in the development of the plan
- The people involved in the development of the plan are our whole group, which are: Ashley Cabacoy, Grazielle Atienza, John Hendrix Perez, Ashley Marie Buela, Louise Llane Ortega, Lady Dianne Santiago, Jessa Gonzales, Jhean Carla Claveria, and Mark Andal. We come together to build an effective yet clever plan that will help students bring out their talent and skills and make it even better.
C. Who will manage the implementation of the plan
- The most manageable part of the implementation of the plan is our group, so that we can better organize and provide those who can join.
D. Other information that is important to the plan
- The plan needs to be approved by our school head, Mrs. Maria Ramona B. Cuenca, and once it is approved, we will then start by building the foundations of each club. We will also print out advertising posters and post them to the school so students who are interested can join the club that they want. Once we collect the list of pupils who want to join, we will then start to teach them our advocacy, which is how they can express themselves even better. There would be tryouts in each organization or clubs so that the learners can decide and have a second thought if they really want to join the specific clubs. As usual, there would be a student president and a teacher who can guide everyone in each clubs. Our plan will be done slowly but surely, and we will make sure that with this plan we can make a change in our school, Saint Joseph Academy.
