General Arrangement of Panels

A. General Arrangement:
1. Panel Type: 14/16 SWG Steel Metal Clad.
2. Panel Dimension: as per your design and before manufacturing need approval from KiDO Engineers.
3. Mounting Type: Floor/Wall Mounting Type, both Top- bottom Cable Entry Options.
4. 1 Set Multifunctional meter.
5. Indication Lamp Protected through 2A MCB.
6. 4”x 4” Cross Ventilation Fan controlled by fan controller with Dust filter protected through 2A MCB
7. Dead Front: Hinge/Swing Type Door, keeping all Outgoing CB knobs kept out of Dead front.
8. Main Doors with push type locking arrangement.
9. All doors must be connected with main Earthling Bus bar with minimum 4rm Green ECC.
10. Cable gland with dust & vermin proof.
11. Internal wiring must be done with proper lugs, PVC channel, SS nut-bolts with washer.
12. Not less than 135-degree bending can be allowed.
13. Maintain Color code for all type of wiring Cable, Cable lugs, cable shoes, main bus bar, and link bus bar.
14. Main bus bar & Link bus bar must be hard drawn electrolytic copper bus bar with proper phase marking
insulation.
15. All MCCB must have phase separator.
16. Danger sign with voltage rating must be placed in front of the door.
17. Capacity information label & panel/Panel identification printed on SS plate must be placed in front of the
door.
18. As Per BNBC/NFPA/Alliance/Accord

Terms & Conditions:

a. Breakers must be collected from authorized distributor of the respective brand. If Circuit
breaker is found counterfeit any time (Before, during and after delivery.) Respective
supplier will replace the same with their own risk and liabilities.
b. Please provide the Panel Board Drawing and Dimension to us.
c. All MCCB must be plug-in with main Bus bar.
d. Task to be completed within the given time without fail.
