Title: Training Draught Surveyor

1. Background
1.1. PT. HJI collaborates with PT. BRE has
initiated "Training Draft Surveyor" education Rickcy Herdian Suradal Basuki Park Jaehyeong
for employees, especially check drafters. HRFA Operation Manager Operational Director

1.2. What is Check Drafter, as KEPID has 4 check drafters on Shipping Department. The officer who
carries out the work: Using the marine survey method, determines the volume or tonnage of cargo
from a barge or ship water transportation mode by comparing the draft before and after loading.
1.3. Official training institution that has been determined in the program: AISI/Association of
Independent Surveyor Indonesia
1.4. The participants were all entities related to or doing business at coal mining ports and coal loading
ports within the Hasnur Group business scope
1.5. The list of the entities as follows: PT. HRT, PT. HIS, PT BRE, PT. EBL, PT. KPP, PT. KEPID, and
CV. HMS
1.6. Aims to meet Indonesia's national competency standards according to KEPMENAKER No. 142 of
2013.
2. Purpose
2.1. Collectively within the Hasnur Group to contribute to improving service quality, in this case the
shipping department
2.2. To comply with Standard Operating Procedures when unloading/loading barges properly and as
recommended on 1.6
2.3. To ensure KEPID’s Check Drafters ABLE to: a) establish the ship's Draft by measuring the Density
(specific gravity) of the water in which the ship floats, and calculating the bulk cargo on the ship
before / after loading / unloading.
3. Contents
3.1. Training Package: Is limited to [Training seasons, snack, training material, certificate]

3.1 Vendor/Institution of Training from: Association of Independent Surveyor Indonesia [AISI]
3.3. Cost: 19,200,000 (IDR), Exclude Tax,
3.2 Method of payment: Advance payment
3.3 Comparison Price: Not Applicable [According to the togetherness arrangement from HJI & BRE
already assigned the vendor.
4. Others
4.1. Other conditional: Hotel and meals allowance are not include on the training package.
4.2. KEPID will arrange hotel accommodation and daily allowance [Attached]
5. Conclusion
5.1. KEPID staffs will applied for “option 2” on the quotation for the reason of
5.1.1. Option 1 is no longer available
5.1.2. All entities [participants] applied the option 2.
5.2. Certificate will be fulfilled and send to KEPID on approximately 30 days after training.
