As refer to the Contract No. 4600005372 regarding Two (2) Accommodation Work Barges to Support
Capillary String Campaign inthe Mahakam Delta Field ( CONTRACT" ), to accommodation work
barges and associated services operation in the Mahakam Area with total contract value of USD
6,490,756 [Six Million Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Seven Hundred Fiây Six United States
Dollar].
COMPANY hereby confim that the work under the CONTRACT have been satisfactorily completed
by CONTRACTOR in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT, and accepted by
COMPANY.

With regards to the aforementionedconditions the partics hercby declare and mutually agree for the
end date of the CONTRACT effective as of 30 November 2019.
