I am writing to you stating that I have applied for "Nulla-Osta" but facing issue with my
appointment date.
When applying for appointment on your website it shows an error "an active appointment
exists for given passport no".
Hence, please confirm whether the appointment is booked or it is an error on the website. If
already booked please kindly provide me the Application Reference Number for the same.

Kindly escalate the issue if needed.

Hi,

This is in reply to your previous email that I have attempted all the mentioned steps as
directed but still not able to book appointment or get the ARN of already booked
appointment. Also, I have tried with another email id as told by you but still stuck with the
same issue. Please escalate the issue if needed. I’m not able to book a new appointment
neither we have paid earlier and also not able to validate the appointment due to not having
ARN or appointment letter.

Kindly advise the next steps and help me to get the appointment on priority basis.
