Greek gods who rules the world. It shows that each element or there specific god in
their particular functions. Just like Zeus god of heaven and earth, Poseidon god water,
and Hades god of underworld. Also the gods are capable of procreating in humans and
their offspring are called demi god, means that it is god but partially. It the movie people
pray to different god according to their own functions and also the prayer of the people
gives immortality to the gods according to the Greek mythology.
In the ancient Greece many philosophers are arise in this kind of belief system. This
philosophers are called pre Socratic philosophers and Socratic philosophers. The pre
Socratic philosophers look for natural explanation rather than religious or mythological
explanation. Thales, Pythagoras, Heraclitus, and Diogenes. The Greek philosophy
lasted about five hundred years from Greek pre-history to the conquest with roman
empire.
In the Roman Catholic it is very different if we compare the two forms of religious belief.
The Catholic believes that there is one God with three person and each have their own
function also the Greek mythology has its own function in their god but they are
individual and they are not united. There are times that the gods of Greek tend to fight
each other just like in the movie where Zeus and Hades fight.
