Numerical Solutions for CE Problems

Importance of this course to the society and its significance to engineering students.
In modern application of numerical solutions to the society, it helps to develop, enhance and achieve
reliable, high end and efficient ways for modern problems. It takes a lot of analysis especially we are
already in the era of modernization wherein technologies and advance lifestyle are present. Based on
my research, there are analysis that needed to be applied most specially to the safety of everyone. As an
example, car makers uses numerical method to prevent and lessen accident through car failures and as
an engineering student I should know and learn the essence of this course and its application. Next, is
the application of numerical method as weather predictions, we all know that meteorologists present
the data they get but little did we know they apply analysis through chart and use different equation to
figure out what would be the weather forecast for a certain day. It may difficult to understand and
doubting why do we use lot of numbers but at the end of the day, these numbers can be a savior to our
problems in life.

As a Civil engineering student,

To attain the values and attributes after I finish my degree in this university, I will definitely apply it as I
understand what character I should have once I graduate. As far as I heard from graduates, your real
journey starts when you face the real definition of life after you graduate, struggles about how you
survived as an individual since your lesson will be teach by experiences and challenges, those values
helps to build strong mindset and confidence once you learn the idea of being strong in times of weak
point of life. Most of the time you feel weak as you learn before that you will repeatedly fail from the
same situation but the same time these weaknesses will eventually give you a lesson that you will start
with lesson from that failure. So as I build my future as a graduate and as a professional engineer, I learn
how to know myself and know how to apply those value and attributes for you better future.
