Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team. The
successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations, with a focus on social media
management, and onboarding processes. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in
pursuing a career in Human Resource to develop essential skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative
environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn and assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, which includes job posting.

2. Create and publish engaging content and creatives on various social media platforms to attract potential
candidates and enhance the company's employer brand.

3. Assist in updating existing job descriptions (JDs) and preparing new JDs to ensure accuracy and relevance to
the company's needs.

4. Interact with new joiners to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, providing necessary information and
support throughout the process.

5. Collaborate with the HR team to accompany new joiners during their onboarding process, ensuring they feel
welcomed and informed about company policies and procedures.

6. Follow up with selected students/candidates to complete their joining formalities, including documentation
and orientation sessions, in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business


Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates,
employees, and team members.

3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Proficiency in social media platforms and a creative mindset to develop engaging content.

5. Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
