the part and the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (hereinafter called the Board) of the
other part.

Whereas the consumer has asked for Electricity Supply,to his premises at

Whereas the said premises being thatched and there are considerable dangers on
account of fire and other accidents to the Boards. Meter to be inslalled in the
said premises in the event supply being made to the consumer.
Whereas the consumer is willing to made good any loss or damage to the Board,s
Meter on account of fire or other accidents.Now this witnesses that in
consideration of the Board giving Electricity Supply to consumer’s along side
premises.
The consumer hereby undertaken to pay the value of the meter to the Board in
the event of any loss or damage caused to the meter on account of fire of other
accident
