How to Add Items from

FG Admin to LAS After

Integration - New Items

New Items
Vendors MUST fill in “LA Showroom Additional Info” on the
“Create a New Item” page
New items uploaded on FG Vendor Admin will automatically
upload to LA Showroom

To add items from FG to LAS, vendors need to follow the
steps and enter the two required fields under 

“LA Showroom Additional Info.”

LAS Status: This can be set as either "Active" or "Inactive"

on LAS (Activation of an item solely on LAS is not
supported)

LAS Category: The item must belong to one of the LAS

categories.

FG Admin > ITEMS > LA Showroom Item List

LA Showroom Item List:

Items that are uploaded to LAS will be located in the


"LA Showroom Item List.

Every item presented on the LAS Item List will have FG active
badges, as all items active on LAS must also be active on FG

Refer to the badges regarding the item status: ITEMS > LA Showroom Item List

Option 1: Single item upload to LAS

Click on an item from the "Item List" that needs to be

"Upload Item to LA Showroom?" option displayed

Select "Yes" to confirm the upload, and you will be

prompted to provide additional information below the

Option 2: Multiple Items Upload

Open Item Lis

Select desired items to be uploaded to LAS, click 


“Add Item to LAS.

Fill in the two required information: LAS Status, LAS Option 2: Item List
Category

Click Add item

Please note that only item(s) currently on FashionGo
can be added to LA Showroom. Adding existing LAS
items will result in error page after clicking 

“Add Item to LAS

E.g., item that has LAS badge in the “Item List” means 3
it already exists on both platforms, so it can not be
added to LAS again.
