I am Marie Queenz Vicente, I’m currently studying Business Administration majoring in human resources
development management. I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady
source of motivation that drives me to do my best.

2. Walk me through your resume.


Yes, of course, I started my career as a payroll assistant, where I had the opportunity to closely observe the
role of HR management. My HR manager, a remarkable leader, demonstrated the transformative impact
effective HR practices can have on employee satisfaction and organizational success. Inspired by their
leadership and the dynamic nature of HR responsibilities, I decided to further my education by pursuing a
degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Development Management at
New Era University.

My greatest achievement was completing a challenging project ahead of schedule. I organized and
motivated my team, resulting in a successful and timely project completion. This accomplishment showed
my ability to lead and manage a team under tight deadlines.

As a Payroll Assistant, I addressed challenges with a new software system, resolving discrepancies through
analysis and prioritization. Transparent communication restored confidence and highlighted adaptability.

In a prior role as a payroll assistant, I led the team in implementing a new payroll system. I organized
training, addressed concerns, and facilitated communication. Through collaboration, we successfully

In my previous role, a decision was made to implement a new scheduling software without input from the
team. While I understood the need for modernization, I disagreed with the lack of consultation. I

alternative solutions, promoting a more collaborative approach.

I tried to do too much myself and I ended up getting overwhelmed. This caused me to miss a few
deadlines and it also put a lot of stress on my team. I learned a valuable lesson from this experience. I
learned that it's important to delegate tasks effectively and to trust my team members to do their jobs.
