LOAN AGREEMENT

I. THE PARTIES. This Loan Agreement made and entered into this _____ day

II. LOAN AMOUNT. The total amount of money being borrowed from the Creditor to the Debtor

VIII. FAILURE. This LETTER serves as official AGREEMENT to the DEBTOR and may be
tendered in court as evidence in case of failure to cooperate. If the DEBTOR failed to comply
with his/her responsibility to pay the Borrowed Money will cause the DEBTOR regret and will
compel the CREDITOR to resort to LEGAL ACTION. (If legal action is to occur to resolve
this matter, it may involve having the DEBTOR pay Attorney’s fees).

IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains all the terms agreed to by the parties
relating to its subject matter, including any attachments or addendums. This Agreement replaces
all previous discussions, understandings, and oral agreements. The DEBTOR and The
CREDITOR agree to the terms and conditions and shall be bound until the Borrowed Amount is
repaid in full or complete. This Agreement is ratified by the signature of both parties (and
witness, If Applicable).
