NSTP-LTS 2 : REFLECTION

While reading the PPT lesson given by our teacher, I've learned that diversity is the presence of
a wide range of differences among individuals or groups. These differences can include factors
such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, religion, age, ability,
and more. In my own perspective, diversity acknowledges and respects the unique identities,
and experiences that each person brings.

On the other hand, I also realized that diversity is very important, why? Because this enriches
our communities, workplaces, and societies in numerous ways. For example, when people from
diverse backgrounds collaborate, they can offer unique insights and solutions to problems.
Diversity is truly essential for building vibrant, inclusive, and thriving communities where we all
individuals have the opportunity to reach our full potential.
