1. Open the Powerpoint file.

2. Click the Slide Show tab at the top. *This will look different on a
Mac. On a MAC, you click the
“Play” button.

3. Click “From Beginning” to view the Powerpoint.

4. You will see this:

5. Advance slides by clicking your mouse or pressing Enter.

*To advance the slides on a

MAC, use the up/down
arrow or Page Down key.

6. Click the hyperlink to go to each lesson.

You can also convert the PowerPoint to Google Slides.
1. Go to +New and click “File upload”

2. Upload the PowerPoint files from the INDIVIDUAL LESSONS folder. (The whole unit PPT is too large)

3. Right click the PPT file and click “Open with -> Google Slides”

4. Click “File” and “Save as Google Slides”.

5. You can delete the PPT in your drive if you’d like. That’s it! ☺
