Subject: Request for salary amendment

It is well known that I, Mr. Seyoum G/Michael, working as Music teacher and
currently as Activity coordinator, I have been working with my commitment and
enthusiasm for the last academic year and still working being committed to
achieve the goal of our School.
I have got salary increment on December, 2024 onward, however; the increment I
have got doesn’t fit with my commitment, experience, educational background
and the feedbacks received from my immediate coordinators. Furthermore, I am
not given the salary increment the same as colleagues who have the same
experience and educational background, because; their salary is higher than mine.
Thus, I am requesting the respected school to consider the aforementioned points
to revise my salary.
