This is going to
the gym. I took up this habit about 2 years ago. At that time, I was an overweight
person with a weight of 65 kg so i was a little bit stressed out. Then, i decided to sign
up for a gym near my home to lose weight. At first, doing this was quite challenging
for me because i have a sedentary lifestyte. I prefer lying and srfing the internet to
excercising. But after a few days at the gym, i got used to it and continued until now.
Well, I have to say that this sport has helped me a lot in improving my physical health
as well as my mental health. Thank to gym, i lost weight and became confident. Now,
I am quite satisfied with my appearance and trying to maintain it. In the future, I am
going to keep doing this to stay healthy and maybe I will try some other sports too.
