Introduction
Euro Accessories have been supplying accessories and
precast lifting items into the U.K. and Ireland construction
market for over 30 years. We have unrivalled experience
in the production and supply of products to install, pour,
demould, repair and handle reinforced concrete both on
site and in precast concrete production plants.
All materials are sourced, manufactured and supplied
under a strict quality management system in accordance
with ISO 9001:2015. We have a dedicated sales team with
many years of experience in the industry, along with a
purchasing department with in depth knowledge of the
supply chain to obtain the best price and quality balance.
We also have in house technical support providing design
assistance and best practice guidance on all our products.
Operating through four depots, Sandbach (Cheshire),
Basingstoke (Hampshire), Armagh (N.I.) and Roosky in
the Republic of Ireland. Utilising our own multi vehicle
delivery fleet with FORS Gold approval, we are ideally
suited to cater for delivery requirements anywhere within
the U.K and Ireland.
Recognising the dynamic nature of construction, the
limitations of storage on sites and the just in time nature of
design and approval, we manage and hold a large
quantity of stock using the latest software to monitor and
adjust stock levels in line with market trends.
Understanding that the key to success for our staff and
customers is product knowledge, we offer a range of sales
training and professional development seminars to ensure
our customers are fully aware of product aspects and the
latest developments as well as changes in standards and
safety considerations relating to and influencing our
product range.

Euro Accessories also have the ability to carry out on site
testing, product detailing and specification in conjunction
with in house rapid prototype development, placing us in
an ideal position to assist by developing our products to
compliment your existing range or as part of new product
development requiring novel solutions.

Spiral Void Former System Overview
The Euro Accessories Spiral Void Former System offers a
novel approach to grout applications when completing
connections in modular construction projects. The unique
design of the system engages connection details that do
not constrict the grout application routes, whilst providing
robust and reliable junctures between components in the
grouting system. The novel design of the grout entry point
and grout tube connections provides a convenient
application point that utilises gravitational forces to
improve grout flow and aid the expulsion of air from the
connection voids. There is an associated array of
formwork connectors in the system providing neat and
precise fixing points of the system to the formwork
material for both steel and timber formwork designs.

Spiral Void Former

Euro Accessories' Galvanised Spiral Void Formers are precisely manufactured, utilising the latest manufacturing
techniques from cold rolled pre-galvanised steel strip, ensuring durability and longevity. They are ideal for extended
outdoor storage without compromising the quality. If your project requires a specific thickness, we accommodate custom
requests to meet your unique specifications.
Our void formers are conveniently stocked in 3-meter lengths as standard, providing flexibility in application. Additional
convenience is provided with a cut-to-length service, minimising waste and tailoring the product to your site-specific
needs.

steel formwork. This magnetic holder features a convenient thread
mechanism, this allows effortless removal of the holder from the spiral void
former after the formwork is removed.

Ribbed End Cap

Spiral Void Former Ribbed End Caps are designed to stop foreign particles
from entering the void former. This cap is specially designed with flexible
ribs to ensure a secure fit.

Flexible Grout Tube

The Flexible Grout Tube is designed for use with Spiral Void Former and is
formed from a high-speed, medium-duty corrugated plastic. It features a
low-friction inner surface and jacket that in the event of fire prevents the
propagation of flames. This Flexible Grout Tube enables the filling of the
void created by the Spiral Void Former.

30o Spigot Connector Patent Pending
The 30° Spigot Connector provides a juncture between the End Cap with
Spigot and the Flexible Grout Tube. The external connection methods that
do not restrict grout flow and the obtuse angle in the grouting tube

connection that minimise curvature in the grouting tube, improve the flow of
grout to the construction joint.

30o Formwork Connector Patent Pending

The 30° Formwork Connector provides a connection to the Flexible Grout
Tube and the Formwork Holding Plate. The unique acute angle of the
chamfered face provides a convenient entry point to administer grouting
compounds that does not inhibit flow and allows expelled air to escape more
readily, improving grout flow and reducing the likelihood of voids in the
completed connection. The product is fitted with a knockout panel to increase H1
the cross-sectional area of the grout entry point to bring further
improvements in grout flow and air expulsion. The minimal surface impact

simplifies any patching processes on the finished face that may be required.
