General Job Description


This role is responsible to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. The incumbent will be
responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
He/she will be responsible for building strong relationships with strategic customers and will be able to identify their needs
and requirements to promote Kerakoll’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.
Main duties and responsibilities
 Appoint new channel partners as and when required .
 Planning to serve different geographical regions in respective locations
 Creating a strong network of contractors/applicators and involving in demonstrating and sampling to the clients
 Identifying new builders, new projects and new business opportunities and converting them into sales
 Professional relationship management with the entities involved in projects i.e. PMCs, contractors, designers, etc.
 Identifying new business leads and projects and converting them into clients
 Setting sales targets aligned with business objectives
 Carrying out Post-Order Management activities
 Payment collections as per terms agreed with Customers
 Tracking competitors’ movement in respective regions
 Making presentations to architects, builders and contractors
 Preparing data and sales forecasts on monthly basis for the related area and discussing them with the Reporting
Manager
 Preparing learning plan for providing training to applicators, contractors and to other professionals in projects and
achieving assigned ojectives in terms of all training and kit meetings

Direct Reports
This position will be responsible for both project and retail sales in builder projects as well as different
channels as decision taken by the respective branch manager/ state manager. They will adhere to reporting
system incorporated by the company policy from time to time.
Education and training
MBA/PGDM with minimum 4 years in project and channel sales (with relevant experience in selling building material or
selling in the construction industry).

Civil backgrounds will be preferred.
