GENERAL QUESTIONS
A: If you enter the promotion via email or SMS and when you successfully renew on
a 28 or 30 day Amaysim plan in one (1) transaction within the promotional period
(30/10/23 – 04/12/23) you will receive a reward offer via SMS from amaysim mobile
number 0421 263 657 or email.
Q: I have multiple amaysim services, do I get one reward offer per service?
A: Customers who have multiple amaysim services and successfully renew each
service on a 28 or 30-day amaysim plan during the promotional period, will receive
one activity reward per service.
Q: My plan will renew more than once during the promotional period; can I get
multiple rewards?
A: Customers will only be eligible for one reward per service that successfully renews
on a 28 or 30-day amaysim during the promotional period.
A: If you have opted out of receiving marketing messages from amaysim, you will not
receive the invitation to participate in this promotion.
A: Employees (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate.
This includes amaysim and any agencies/companies directly associated with the

There are many great name attractions and activities to choose from,
Escape Rooms, crazy golf, bowling, paintball, dance or art classes,

A: If you enter the promotion and renew your plan successfully, you
will automatically receive an SMS from amaysim mobile number 0421
263 657 acknowledging your successful renewal and advising that you
are eligible to claim one (1) free admission to an activity of your choice.
Once you’ve received your unique claim code via SMS and/or email, go
to www.activitypass.com.au/amaysimextras to create an account or
sign in as a guest. Then choose your state and preferred venue. You'll
receive an email within 24 hours with an eVoucher to be presented at
your chosen venue/activity for your session/admission.
You must register on the Activity Pass website by entering your name,
email address, mobile number and promo code and then confirm your
email address to activate your account.
Q: I've received multiple activity rewards; can I use them at the same
time?
A: No, only one redemption code may be used per transaction. If you want
to use another redemption code, you must make another transaction.
A: This depends on the type of activity and venue you choose. If pre-booking is
required, it will be stated on your eVoucher.
A: Yes, if you are a registered user login to your Activity Pass account and select
My Vouchers to access a copy of a previous voucher or to resend it via email. If
you entered the site as a guest only send the team an email
at activitypass@jandc.com.au with your name and name of the venue, and we'll
provide you a link to your eVoucher.
Q: I’ve won (2) activity pass voucher prizes, can I use them both at the
same time?
A: No. Only one Activity Pass voucher prize may be used per activity claim. If
you’ve claimed more than one, you can use it for another activity.
