Special Conditions: Ebay $25 Voucher Promotion

1. The Promotion

1.1 Duration of the Promotion

From 2 December to 9 December 2015 inclusive (Promotion Period), customers who

 place a new order for UNLIMITED 5GB (Eligible Plan) online on the amaysim
website; and
 enter promotional code EBAY25 (Promotional Code) when prompted, when
purchasing the Eligible Plan, will be eligible to receive the Promotion Benefits de-
scribed in clause 1.2 of these special conditions.

1.2 Promotion Benefits

a. During the Promotion Period, customers who place a new order for an eligible plan
for the first time and enter the promotional code on the amaysim website will pay
only $5 in their first month, and are eligible to receive a $25 eBay voucher once they
activate their SIM. Ongoing monthly price of the product:

a. UNLIMITED 5GB - $39.90 a month.

b. Any product renewals, upgrades or vouchers within the Promotion Period are ex-
cluded from the Promotion Benefits.

1.3 Terms and Conditions

a. All other conditions of the amaysim Standard Form of Agreement, Fair Go Policy and
the Price Table apply to the Customer’s agreement with amaysim.
b. Promotion period and terms and conditions are subject to change.
c. Not to be used with any other offer.
d. Limit one per customer.
e. Only available for new eligible plan orders.
f. Those activating a retail SIM card online are not included in this offer.
