España National High School to join the “ADVANCEMENT CAMP AND SCOUT
YOUTH FORUM” to be held at San Andres National High School, San Andres,
Romblon on November 26-28, 2024.

I/We have considered the benefits that my son/daughter will derive from
his/her participation in this activity with the understanding that due care and
precaution will be observed to ensure the comfort and safety of the participants. In
this connection, the school will not be held liable in case of any untoward incidents
that may happen beyond the control of the scouters and outfit advisor, provided
however that there is no negligence on their part.
