ESQUISSE NO. 1
“Tropical Villa”

Guidelines for the ESQUISSE 01 Project

Brief:

Your client has acquired a parcel of land in Dingalan, Aurora, with an area of 498 square meters.
The lot exhibits great potential for the construction of a private resort, given its prime location
facing Dingalan Beach. However, the client is aware that the purchased land has an average sloping
terrain, as depicted in the image below. Additionally, the client has expressed the intention to
develop the land in a three-phase project. The initial phase will consist of constructing four (4)
villas, reception area, staff house and a pool.

Design four (4) villas with an area of 15-20sqm each that can cater two (2) to four (4) people.
Provide Pool with an area of at least 60 sqm. The design should reflect a tropical inspired vibe
same as Bali Indonesia.
