PECFest 2011 is an expression of freedom and rebellion, of team spirit and determination; a 3-day cultural extravaganza hosting a mlange of fun events and activities coupled with the splendor of the main entertainment attraction on the nights with their high wattage pulsating music, the choice of spirits unrivalled and not to forget the chic party goers, the mirth and the merry making, all adding up to three evenings which are the talk of the town. PECFest 2011 goes where no fest has ever gone before. These three days i.e 11th, 12th and 13th November 2011 give you a chance to reach out to a 20,000+ strong youthful crowd, who are just out there to have their own share of fun. It provides you with an unequalled opportunity to showcase your brand and increase your brand presence to an entire new level. ROAD SHOW: - A day prior to the fest, almost the entire college goes on a publicity spree throughout the city on their vehicles to announce the starting of PECFEST. Groovz (Bhangra & Dance Competition): - Participation from more than 50 colleges in the first round, 20 & 30 in the 2nd and final round respectively. Trained by renowned Saroj Khans Academy Judging panel for the dance competition are renowned personalities. Glitterati (Fashion Show): - Ramp walk by participants from 20 colleges in the first round, 5 in the final round. TNT ROCK NYTE Rock Bands from all over the country compete in all out Jamming competition. The three selected bands get a chance to open the night for the Pro Band. STAR NIGHT The day attracts the biggest footfall among the 3 days as we invite best music artists in the country and renowned Punjabi folk musicians.

Co Branding

The Fest name will be associated with your company. <Presenter> presents <Title Sponsors> PECFEST 2011 in association with <Your Company Name>

The Co-Sponsor would be given a logo on the FLEX backdrop of the main stage as mentioned above during all the events and the translights. The Press and the local television channels shall give extensive pre event media coverage of the fest which will publicize the Co-sponsor to most parts of the tricity. Name and logo for all publicity material used during the fest which includes:

Advertisement in leading Newspapers with the Sponsors logo and company's name will be prominent in the advertisement. Separate 100 A2 and 100 A3 size posters for the whole fest as well as main events to be sent to all major colleges across the country. Pamphlets and invitations to other colleges. An extensive road show that includes large college crowd will move throughout the city with your name highlighted.

Internet publicity will be provided through PECFEST Website. Stall shall be provided at the venue to the presenter. Provision will be made for putting banners in college premises (provided by the sponsor). 10 Standees at the primary locations of the fest. First page in the souvenir will be provided to the sponsor.
