Respected Sir
Under the instructions and authority given by Shri.G.Krishnamohan
Rao and respected residential persons of the Vasudeo Nagar ,Hingna
Road,Nagpur, I served this legal notice as under.
1. That in the locality of the Vasudeo Nagar, Hingna Road ,Nagpur
at Plot no.25(Mama Garage) there is some persons running their
business of glass works from last some days.
2. That for the act of manufacturing of glass works in the
residential locality the said persons not having any permission by the
authority or from your offices of your noticee.
3. That going to the manufacturing of glass works showing that the
said productions is harmful to the life of the residents of the locality
and resulted that emitting harmful glass dust, creaking noise and
chemical aerosols in the residential areas some people have been
infected and resulted that various diseases in them .
4. That the respected persons of the said area restricted to the
manufacturing of the glass works in locality but in vein .The proprietor
of the said running business not given any cognizance and talking with
filthy language with the respected persons of the area.
5. That the manufacturing working daily from 9 am to 9 p.m.
continuously in 12 hours and resulted that not only residential people
but also new born babies as well as senior citizens infected by noise
problems. The person of the said area had been lost their pure oxygen
and from that manufacturing leaving their in dirty atmosphere.
6. That the respected person of the area has been asked to the
manufacturer who give the permission to running this business but
there were no any type of permission or no any type of gumasta of
certificate of pollution control board.
7. That the respected person of the said area applied before
you noticee no 1 to 3 in right to information and further details about
the manufacturing permission in right to information Act. But
surprisingly shocked that no any information about the manufacturing
in your office of the noticee.
8. That respected persons repeatlly applied before your offices
noticee no. 1 to 3 but you noticee still silence and not taken any action
against manufacturer and resulted that you also help to spoil the life of
residential peoples.
9. That respected persons multiple times gets complaints
before the multiple authorities but in vein it means that you all
noticees get support and help to running the illegal manufacturing in
the locality. In other words you noticees has been strike your hands by
briefing by the manufacturer and hence you not get any help to the
helpless peoples of the said locality .
10. That the respected persons has not any alternative way to
sent this legal notice to you noticees .Through this notice the
respected persons calling upon you to take quick and proper action
against the manufacturer of the glass works on plot no-25(Mama
Garage) in the said locality.
11. That if you failure the same taking any action against the
manufacturer and resulted that some persons failed in harmful
diseases or lost their life in that case you noticees squarely liable for
that act as well as compensation in the said cases.
12. That all the respected persons hope that you will take the
proper action within a week from the receipt of this notice. Failure that
all the respected persons are in action mode to take proper action
against you noticees as well as manufacturer . In that case you notices
squarely liable for all results from public issues.
Hence take this notice and take quick and proper action for
comply accordingly.
